Potomac has a stream of recital classes on Wednesday afternoons into the evening, and you can feel the excitement building! The recitals are on every one's mind as the students continue to practice their dances for their performances. It's an exciting as well as busy time of year!
The students can't stop talking about what part they are playing in their recitals. Every part they play is important to the story, whether it's Alice in Wonderland, Sleeping Beauty or Thumbelina. We also have A Spotlight on Broadway, showcasing our Musical Theatre, Tap, Jazz and Hip Hop students and the Spring Concert students, which incorporates our students over the age of 8 years.
I had the pleasure of watching some of the recital dances in the classroom and I can't wait to see them perform on the big stage. If you would like to come see our recitals or need to purchase extra tickets, they are only $10 each and can be bought at the Potomac, Bethesda, or McLean locations.
